Dimitri Mortelmans
Dimitri Mortelmans is full professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Antwerp. He teaches 'Inleiding Wetenschappelijk Werk' and is also head of the Centre for Population, Family and Health (CPFH). His research focuses on family sociology and social demography, addressing topics such as divorce, informal care relationships, and singlehood. In 2022, he was awarded an ERC Advanced Grant for the study of the life course of singles (Singleton project).
