What is SCENIC+?
SCENIC+ is a sophisticated method for inferring enhancer-driven gene regulatory networks from single-cell gene expression (scRNA-seq) and single-cell chromatin accessibility (scATAC-seq) data. It predicts genomic enhancers, identifies candidate upstream transcription factors, and establishes connections between these enhancers and potential target genes.
Practicals
- Presenters: Seppe De Winter and Darina Abaffyová (Aerts lab)
- Hosts: Julie De Man (Aerts lab) and Kristofer Davie (VIB-KU Leuven Center for Brain & Disease Research)
- Format: The webinar will be conducted online via Zoom and YouTube Live. Access links will be provided via email upon registration.
