You will also get the opportunity to bring a job description from your own agency for analysis.

Lesgever/spreker
Laura Nurski is een kwantitatief sociaal wetenschapper gespecialiseerd in jobs, organisaties en arbeidsmarkten van de toekomst. Ze heeft een doctoraat in Economie (Industriële Organisatie), een Master of Advanced Studies in Economics en een Master of Business Engineering behaald aan KU Leuven - en studeert momenteel nog voor een Master in Sociologie (Quantitative Analysis and Social Data Science). Als datawetenschapper deed ze onderzoek naar organisatieontwerp, functieontwerp, AI en trends in de toekomst van werk bij verschillende onderzoeksinstellingen, waaronder universiteiten, denktanks en non-profitorganisaties. Momenteel is ze Head of Programme - Future of Works bij Centre of European Policy Studies (CEPS).
