Patrizia Zanoni

I am a Full Professor at Hasselt University and co-founder of the School of Social Sciences. My research focuses on diversity, inequality, and the impact of AI and algorithmic technology, drawing from organization studies, political science, anthropology and political economy. I lead the CHANSE Project on "Humans in Digital Logistics," exploring AI's role in society. I also teach and supervise PhD projects on algorithmic control and gender equality. Since 2020, I have co-edited *Organization: The Critical Journal of Organization, Theory and Society* and received the Emma Goldman Award in 2022 for my work on equality.
