I’m Sven Van Stichel, founder of SUBEN, a Belgium-based company that helps organizations make technology more human.

After living and working for sixteen years in Japan, I have trained thousands of professionals and supported dozens of companies (from multinationals to SMEs) across Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia.

My background blends academic insight and practical experience. I’ve taught strategy and digital transformation, and I was trained by Harvard Business School in delivering impactful executive education.

Through SUBEN, I aim to help leaders integrate AI and technology in a way that strengthens humanity, not replaces it. I believe progress is meaningful only when it brings people closer together.
