I help companies stop talking about data & AI, and start using it to make real decisions. Most teams have dashboards. Fewer use them well. And AI? It’s often somewhere on the roadmap... without a map. That’s where I step in. What I do (and love): - I help organizations turn good intentions into real results: clear priorities, working structures and habits that stick. - I make sure AI and data are tied to actual business questions. Not “how much data do we have?”, but “where can we make better decisions?” Because a fancy model is nice, but if no one uses it: what’s the point? - I work on organizational models that don’t just look slick in a slide deck, but actually work in real life. Because tools and tech are one thing, but if people’s way of working doesn’t evolve too, nothing changes. - I also spend a lot of time on change, making sure people understand what’s happening and actually support it.
