Denis Dochain
Denis Dochain received his degrees in electrical engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. He has held positions at various institutions including the Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal and Queen's University, and is currently a Full Professor at UCLouvain. Dr Dochain has published over 160 papers and co-authored five books on topics such as nonlinear systems, parameter and state estimation, and adaptive extremum seeking control. He serves as Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Process Control, Senior Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, and Associate Editor for Automatica. He is an IFAC Fellow and received the IFAC Outstanding Service Award in 2008.
