In its 16 years of operation, FOŠ has become a recognized educational and research institution, both locally and internationally. Our mission is clear: to develop the creative potential of individuals and organizational sciences and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of life. Our work is based on strong values that guide us in all our endeavors and shape the identity of our Faculty. These core values guide all our efforts and crucially shape the identity of our Faculty, from our research and teaching work to our contribution to society.
