Fundamental concepts of multi-omics data integration

This event offers a unique opportunity to explore the latest developments in long-read sequencing technologies and their applications in clinical and research settings. Experts from the EASIGEN-DS Consortium, including KU Leuven, NGI, CRG, MDC, CNAG and Charité, as well as invited speakers from other leading institutions, will contribute to the program structure around three thematic blocks: technologies and data analysis; applications in medical genomics; and “ask the experts”, a dedicated session for addressing participant questions on key topics.

This course is available both online and in person. On-site participants will enjoy direct interaction with expert speakers as well as valuable networking opportunities throughout the day. All attendees will have the chance to submit questions to the speakers in advance. These will be addressed during the closing Q&A session, providing deeper insights into the discussed topics.
