Tom Kimpe
Als Vice President Technology & Innovation in de Healthcare-divisie van Barco, definieert Tom Kimpe mee de technologische roadmaps en strategie van BARCO en coördineert hij de wereldwijde onderzoeksactviteiten in de Healthcaredivisie van het bedrijf. Hij behaalde een Master in de computerwetenschapen en een PhD in de elektrische ingenieurswetenschappen bij UGent. In 2010 behaalde hij ook een Master in Business Administration (MBA) bij Vlerick Management School. Hij is een expert in (medische) beeldschermtechnologie, beeldkwaliteitsmodellering, netwerktechnologie en medische regelgevende aspecten. Tom Kimpe coördineert alle onderzoeks- en innovatie-activiteiten bij Barco’s Healthcaredivisie en stuurt een internationaal team van ingenieurs aan.
