Michiel Hauwaert (ID Volk) heeft een technische achtergrond als software ontwikkelaar, maar is ondertussen al meer dan 7 jaar de brug tussen business en IT als analist. Sinds de opkomst van AI focust hij zich nu volop op het dichten van de kloof tussen de business en AI. Hiervoor gebruikt hij enkele hands on workshops waarbij er vertrokken wordt vanuit de pijnpunten en doelstellingen van de business alvorens te gaan kijken hoe AI juist zou kunnen helpen. En dit allemaal in eenvoudige en duidelijke taal!
