Beyond foundational courses in anatomy, human cell biology and physiology, the programme also provides cutting-edge offerings in tissue mechanics, orthopaedic implants, biofluid biomechanics, biomaterials, biomedical measurements and stimulation, biomedical data processing and medical imaging and analysis. The programme is completed with a design project providing hands-on practice in medical equipment design or a (predoctoral) research training in one of the biomedical research domains.
