• Coordination of Flanders Make core labs research activities
• Coordination of cluster industrial consortium
• KPIs responsibility for the competence cluster
• Development of a competence center on end-to-end digitalization to address challenges and realize opportunities from domain knowledge and data streams both in time (across product lifecycle phases) and space (across departments in a company but also across the complete value chain).
• Management of a multiple stakeholders innovation environment (government, industries and universities)
• Identification, proposal definition, and management of national and international R&D projects to bridge the gap between academic research and its application by industrial partners
• Identification of commercial opportunities, day to day contact with clients, contract negotiation
• Provision and conception of technical documentation for internal and international publication; reporting; patent application; PR and liaison; presentations at international conferences
