As Head of Talent & Culture at ML6, Kaat combines hands on HR experience (building the team) in a fast growing company with first hand insights & experience on the latest AI evolutions.

Within ML6 she stays up to date to the latest trends and tools within the AI field. She translates this to business & talent needs. Her main focus is on coaching the Talent & Culture team, advising the leadership team, growth of ML6 agents, (HR) strategy, and change management.

The combination of people & technology is for her the asset in her job as she dares to talk tech and dig deep into her collaboration with ML6 agents. Kaat is active within HR networks in the IT industry and loves to shares knowledge (both technical as on HR) to a wider audience.
