Thomas Pensaert

Thomas is the current CHRO at DESOTEC – a R&D driven company with it’s Headquarters in Belgium, Roeselare and active in both Europe and North America. Thomas has a background in both Psychology (Industrial & Organisational – UGhent) and Statistics (MaStat – Computational Statistics UGhent).

Besides his role as CHRO, he acts as a non-executive member (Product advisor) to Lumenai – an Oxford incubator startup - and is a guest lecturer at VIVES where he teaches “Workforce Intelligence: Data & AI as strategic compass“ in the PostGraduate HRM. Amongst his friends he is known as a “nerd who ended up in HR”.
