Nadine Soyez

Nadine Soyez has been a management consultant since 2005, bringing much experience from projects with large and midsize enterprises as well as renowned management and IT consultancies.

Her passion is understanding how technology influences our work, way of thinking, and livesand how we can positively shape these changes for ourselves and our organizations.

Nadine's mission is to empower managers and teams to become digitally fit. She is dedicated to supporting specialists and managers in developing the digital skills they need to not just survive, but thrive in the digital age. This includes effectively using tools and new technologies like GenAI.

She works for large organisations where she develops training materials and conducts trainings in digital transformation projects and GenAI. She also teaches courses at the HS Wismar University.

From her business and technical background, Nadine bring all the necessary skills with a deep understanding of both technology and business. As such, she can bridge the gap between these two worlds; two languages that often fail to communicate effectively with each other. She combines both hard and soft skills, allowing her to precisely understand what people need to master change and tackle new challenges in the digital era, and know how to boost acceptance of change and technology.
