Chujie Lu

Chujie Lu is an FWO Postdoc Fellow with the Department of Civil Engineering at KU Leuven. In his FWO postdoc fellowship at KU Leuven, Chujie aims to develop trustworthy, adaptive, and automated fault diagnosis solutions for building energy systems, powered by advanced probabilistic modeling, multimodal data, and cutting-edge generative AI. Chujie has an interdisciplinary background in computer science and building energy efficiency, focusing on addressing the practical challenges of large-scale AI implementation in the built environment. Previously, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at TU Delft, where he contributed to the Dutch Brains4Buildings project.
