📚What to expect?

In this hands-on training, you’ll become an AI Ambassador - someone who can initiate, guide, and embed AI transformation within their organization.

On Day 1, you’ll learn the AI Ideation methodology and practice using the AI Deation Cards to facilitate structured, collaborative sessions that surface valuable challenges and co-create AI solutions. On Day 2, you’ll build on those ideas to define a clear AI vision, assess your organization’s readiness, and develop a responsible, practical roadmap using proven tools and expert guidance. You’ll leave with a validated use case, a tailored action plan, and the confidence to lead AI transformation within your organization.
