Enterprise Estonia (EIS) is a public sector institution with the goal of increasing Estonia’s international competitiveness, fostering entrepreneurship, and making Estonia an attractive place for business, investment, tourism, living, and working. We also support investments in the modernization of the housing stock.

We support individuals in improving their living conditions by offering guarantees for home purchases, as well as loans and grants to boost the energy efficiency of homes.
