BeCode

BeCode is a digital skills training provider that prepares people and organisations for a rapidly changing labour market.

Since 2016, BeCode has offered practical training in digital and technological fields such as software development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and other emerging technologies. Today, BeCode operates across Belgium.

BeCode supports job seekers and people looking to retrain for a digital career through intensive, hands-on programmes, often delivered in partnership with public and private organisations. Many of these programmes require no prior experience or specific qualification.

BeCode also helps companies and their employees develop new skills through upskilling and reskilling programmes. These courses are tailored to the needs of each organisation and team, with a strong focus on skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

Our teaching approach is based on active, hands-on learning. Participants learn by doing, collaborating and solving real-world challenges. Alongside technical skills, we place strong emphasis on soft skills, autonomy, problem-solving and learning how to learn.

In this way, BeCode aims to make digital technology accessible and equip people with the skills they need to keep pace with changes in the labour market.
