Motivations, conditions, and solutions for state observers

This course of 15 hours is intended to draw an overview on state observers for dynamical systems,starting with definition and motivation, going on with a discussion on underlying conditions, so as to present a set of possible solutions, comment some applications, and finish with a few illustrative examples.
